The US Edition changes elements in the International Edition. As an example, it deactivates the FSN for concept 407309009 | Escherichia coli, serotype Orough (organism) | and substitutes Escherichia coli serogroup Orough (organism) in its place. This means that the International Release as distributed as part of the US Edition is different than the International Release as distributed by SNOMED CT International
