Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Add the Illager Geomancer from Minecraft Dungeons. Or something similar?
Might want to consider how this would be implemented and if there is anything that should be changed in consideration for "non-dungeon" gameplay

Describe the solution you'd like
Spawn as a Raid Entity
