yu gi oh tag force game issues after update 0.8 for Iphone and Android

Thanks to the update 0.8, the field finally shows up in yu gi oh tag force games ( i am using the 3rd version of the game on IPhone). I am able to duel in "free duel" mode with no issues or freezes but if I start a duel in "story mode", I get a black screen and freezes at the loading screen before a duel. The other issue is that if I try to go to a different map in the game (which needs to happen for the story to progress), a black screen happens and I forced to close the ppsspp app. All my other games work. Thank you devs for your constant work and progress on this amazing emulator.

Is this different from #1761? Is #2083 no longer happening or now you can't even get that far?

I suppose it could be different on iOS but it shouldn't be...

I made a mistake in my earlier post ...I can't even duel anymore..I was able to play free duels with cards showing on the field before the lastest update for the iphone..I now get a black screen and freeze at the loading screen before a duel starts (the little magician girl in the bottom right corner disappears and the emulator stops working) and it happens in "story" and "free duel" mode..I guess it is a bit similar to #1761 but more complex since I can't go to different maps or progress in the story mode

P.s. I'm using the IPhone 5 btw

What was the last build version that worked and the first one that stopped working? It'd help if you could try this on a desktop as well. Most likely it will have the same problems, and if it doesn't, that will help too.

I installed the desktop version for the first time and copied my saves over from the iPhone.. I can duel in "free duel" and "story mode" now but the "trying to change maps" black screen issue is present in the desktop version as well..I can't duel at all in the iPhone version, I completely uninstalled it and re-installed from Cydia and I still can't duel anymore. The game always freezes at the loading screen before a duel can start on the iPhone (sorry for the repetition).. the version when I could duel in the IPhone version was the very first 0.8 update for the IPhone but it's not possible in the the latest version (v0.8.1-255-g4f2c728)..Thanks for the responses and offering to help.

p.s. Are u the developer for the IPhone version?

Hmm, interesting. I wonder why it'd be different in iOS. But, that is actually an older version, so maybe it's just behind (sometimes the iOS builds lag behind a bit.)

I got (or helped get) jit working on iOS, but thanks for that port mainly goes to rock88 with some good updates recently by jtraynham. The builds I think come from angelXwind.

Thanks for the info and support and where are the changelog for each update posted. I started using this emulator a month ago so I am a noob on the work behind the scenes

This is duplicate of two issues and it also happens on PC.
