"Open in iD editor" always opens at zoom level 3

Well, almost always zoom level 3 isn't really helpful for Drone imagery. I suggest fix it at level 20 or bigger! Or eventually could be a function to calculate the most appropriate zoom level.

Currently, my workaround has been to use only the "+" zoom button without even touching the mouse =D

I was not able to find the code section where it is created, otherwise, this would be a PR.
