List of created jobs is incomplete

When connected and going to my jobs, only part of those I created are listed (see the screen-shot showing the whole list). Eg: http://export.hotosm.org/jobs/7297 is not listed but does exist and shows I am its creator

you have 63 jobs, 12 are visible and 51 are hidden as part of Job Purging Policy Issue #70

However, those jobs and their runs are not actually purged, only marked as a purging candidates, as you wanted to keep some historical jobs. We discussed this at the TWG meeting in September and you said that you are going to send me job_id that should not be purged. As that never happened, those jobs are currently marked as not visible.
