Download button for some images doesn't work #322

Checked on images over Tonga, clicking on the download button does not start the download.

Right clicking, copying and pasting the link in a new browser page works.

This issue might be related to issues with HTTP links, where Chromium has started blocking downloads of mixed content (HTTP within HTTPS pages) - see https://blog.chromium.org/2020/02/protecting-users-from-insecure.html

A fix would require batch updating all older image links to HTTPS, which S3 should automatically support.
