Fetch OSM data should include the intersected features

Describe the bug
When fetching OSM data for an AOI, the building that we should grab from OSM should be all of those intersecting with the AOI bbox, currently the scenario is getting only those building which are included/ contained

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Any training dataset
2. Create a new AOI
3. Fetch OSM data for that AOI
4. See the grabbed labels/building and compare with that is already in OSM using the ID editor button

Expected behavior
All buildings/labels that intersects with the bbox of an AOI should be grabbed
