Theme should not affect appearance of web pages #137

Any pages that do not explicitly set the text and background colors of their form elements now inherit those from the arc firefox theme. I believe the theme should change the appearance of the browser chrome only, not the appearance of the pages themselves (which often look broken with the arc colors).
