Do we actually need spam detection with recaptcha?

If enabled under Core > Crowdsourcing (Volontari.at) > Spam Detection (working title / path) use Volontari.at API to:

create a task on Volontari.at for each comment
paranoid delete comment if task have been completed with "spam flag" set to true to home_page API of application.
