Dropdown in option flow does not render correctly

Describe the issue you are experiencing

When using the option flow from HomeKit, there is an option to select domains. One can open a dropdown box to select the domains. The dropdown (which doesn't actually go down but up) isn't correctly rendered. It's somehow constraint to the option flow window. When scrolling all the way to the top, the first selectable domain is "camera", but there are four domains above that (readable from the core code) that cannot be selected.

Tried this in Chrome on Window and Firefox on Ubuntu Linux.
