Hue native sensors: motion reports as presence

Description of problem:
With the initial release of native sensor support, hue motion sensors report the motion detection state as a binary_sensor of type presence instead of motion.

Good point! I think I just picked "presence" because Hue refers to them as presence sensors internally.
