As a conductor, I can configure lib3h so that I can use it from within Holochain conductor.

As a conductor user, I can configure my network settings so that I can connect to a network.

  • config data-types are exposed through lib3h and consumed by the constructor
  • holochain-rust can specify configuration such as persistence path
  • if a configuration file is out of date/ incompatible, there is a useful message genreated at conductor startup time
