- split out contributor guidelines into separate file
- test that readme dev usage & installation instructions work
- update version numbers
- include instructions for n3h installation and usage.
- documentation and docs references working (@Connoropolous?)
- nodejs references correct in scaffold (see bump scaffold dependencies and lock them #838)
- add change log
- update travis auto-build for two binaries (hc and holochain_container) instead of just one.
