Single Myth Template

@jamiefolsom Just verifying that "single myth template" refers to pages which are 'type: myth' and that the request is to make a myth template that is different than "source" layout which they are currently using.

In the _layouts/source.html template, posts with several type frontmatter values all get similar treatment: text, myth, children's story, manuscript, at least, maybe others.

I am not sure that images can't just be inlined at this point -- maybe the trouble is that text doesn't wrap, since no align attr can be added to markdown, so might have to handle in css.

Also, we don't currently have images to be placed, either inline, or in frontmatter, as features. So we should ask this question tomorrow when we chat with Frank.
