Hi, I am having issues generating kmers for all chromosomes included in reference hg19. I always get only kmers for chr10. Can you please think of any solution to this problem? Or why is it happening?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.

@altuda can you provide some of the commands you ran? I don't know why only one chr would be chosen specifically.
In general unfortunately support for this software is somewhat limited since the author has left the lab. A newer solution is currently in the works which should be much simpler to use and it's currently under testing on various genomes.
