Digital's IHP130 standard cells

This is an implementation of some standard cells of the IHP Open Source PDK within a Digital simulation.

How do I get set up?

Clone the repository.
Select the IHP130/lib folder as Digital's new library folder in the settings (the topmost entry in Settings->Extended)
Restart Digital
Open the cntr.dig example
