Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Update and test the latest OS images (Ubuntu 20.04, RHEL 8.4, AlmaLinux 8.4/8.5) used in the cloud (AWS, Azure) before releasing v2.0.2.

Describe the solution you'd like
Update documentation, epicli defaults and Azure DevOps pipelines (if necessary).
