Methods for conversion between difference curve representations #448

There currently exist 3 representations for the curve of a modular coil: curverzfourier, curveplanarfourier, and curvexyzfourier. It would be convenient to have a method to convert a curve into any of these representations, similar to the method DESC uses: https://github.com/PlasmaControl/DESC/blob/17c2b1553f9276d8bb604a69e4d58784f6ef7b79/desc/coils.py#L449
