Poller fetching non-null hashes with data discarded. #41

When we try to update after offline time, we fetch the last 500 hashes and find now that none are null, but all return the following:

2021-01-02 11:20:09        RPC-CORE: getStorage(key: StorageKey, at?: BlockHash): StorageData:: -32603: Unknown error occurred: Client, UnknownBlock, State already discarded for BlockId::Hash, 0x04a48f610e44c9b6feb0a2ac0c5c758387b15524d3e23de2b67ec11803d09f1c

Need to figure out how to detect discarded state besides null hash and then implement that.
