Add estimated search time: {} field that's updated in real time as user changes number of games

I'm thinking of such field at bottom right on the fetch panel

as the user increases or decreases the number of games, the estimated search time number changes. Similarily, if rapid games are chosen over blitz the time increases too.

Probably will have to create a script and store the reference data in a mini db
