Provide custom error message for any missing task

The buildpack currently only has handling for a missing stage task which is part of the default set of tasks the buildpack runs. The buildpack also allows running a custom task instead. For such tasks, no custom error message is displayed.

With the code for handling missing stage tasks it should be easy to expand the custom error message to any missing task with additional info why that task was run.
