Document a little bit more the chart "options"

Good day,

Your tool is a big help to integrate Angular2 and NVD3, I have tried the linePlusBarChart and it worked.

I was just thinking that there are a lot of things that can be inside the options parameter and there is not a easy way to know which are available.

It would be very helpful to have a list of supported options. 😄
