Describe the chore

CreateOrganization and CreatePersonalOrganization are pretty similar, just that one has more restrictions than the other? I can preate infinitely personal orgs using the former but only one using the latter.

There is AddMember and InviteMember?

There is GetOrganizationsForUser and GetOrganizationsByUser?

Bonus: UserService is has a ReadSelf and a UpdateUser endpoint declared, but not implemented,
