BUG: Integration connected in flow but does not show up in event log

   Please describe your issue:
   As we can see, the integration shows up in the Flows section but the event log is showing 0 integration message. I've also checked the verbose event log json file and there is neither integration request nor response.

There is another device that also connects to the same 2 integrations, and it exhibits some weird behaviors as well: 0 integration message -> 4 successful integration messages -> integration error.

Expected behavior: there should be 4 integration messages for the 2 integrations that this device has. Moreover, if there are errors in integrations, it should also show up as an event.

Cannot figure out the root cause, although the devices are uplinking very frequently (every 5 to 10 seconds).
