Produce vanishes while using Better Junimos and Automation

Items harvested with the Automation mod vanish while Better Junimos is installed. Deinstalling Better Junimos fixed the issue.
It doesn't matter if the trees (in my case it were fruit trees and tapped trees) are in the range of the Junimo huts.
The trees were inside the greenhouse and outside on the farm.
