PayPal is a very popular payment method because many people have it. By not having a listing for it, you just have people who abuse things like cash by mail because they want to use it and can't.

PR #971 adds PayPal, CashApp, as well as a bonus (Venmo). It looks good to me atm; if you guys have any issues feel free to point them out!

With the merging of PR #1007, these payment methods are now implemented, and (should) be present in the next Haveno release.
