If the openvpn connection is having problems we should stop all downloads.

As far as I understand, when the openvpn daemon is started it rewrites the default ip routes. This means that if the openvpn connection dies, routes will not be rewritten and no traffic will get anywhere anyways. Closing this issue for now.
