HsNetDef.h not installed in 2.7.0.1 #334

The newly added header file seems to be missing after installation, this makes network-multicast-0.2.0 fail to build:

The patch above fixes this in the 2.7 branch.
For 2.6, this is not necessary.
I will fix this in master, too.

Thanks. I've applied the patch on top of 2.7.0.1 and verified the fix.
