Chrome blocks Haskell Platform Install

OS: Mac OS X 10.14.1
Chrome: 70.0.3538.110

When I attempt to download Haskell Platform, google chrome flags it as malware and won't allow me to open the installer:

I don't know how to prevent this from occurring on the server side. If you google the error or related keywords you can learn how to turn off this "feature" from chrome itself. If there is further information you can get about why chrome thinks this is suspicious, then we could perhaps try to do something to appeal or circumvent it.

I don't have an answer, or a fix, just wanted to let you know about an issue. If you don't care about chrome flagging it, I apologize for wasting your time and you can close it out 🤷‍♂️

I mean i would prefer chrome not flag it, but i have no idea how to prevent it.
