There is already the syntax --constraint='bytestring installed' e.g. to constrain bytestring to the version shipped with GHC.
It would be nice to have the shortcut --constraint='all installed' to constrain all GHC shipped packages to their installed versions.

out of curiosity, it that constraint documented anywhere (package installed)?
