This just needs to be rebased. I am not in love with the duplication of this logic, but I'll take it. Hashie is low-level enough I suppose. |

I don't like such approach as well... But since rubygems is used only to check version (directly) I think we could get rid of this dependency. |

This is a solution for #375. Moved only required parts of Gem::Version including Copyright. I cant find any significant causes to implement new comparison method.
