Terraform Version

v0.12.0-beta2

Terraform Configuration Files

Only tested this with TypeString.
This will trigger the ValidateFunc:

resource_pool_id           = "its a string"

This will not trigger the ValidateFunc:

resource_pool_id           = "${var.bla}"

Expected Behavior

The ValidateFunc from the schema should be run with referenced values

Actual Behavior

ValidateFunc is only run with non-referenced values

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a config with a value that should fail validation
  2. terraform plan
