Terraform v0.11.1
+ provider.azurerm v1.3.2

crash.log (https://gist.github.com/jaraujoduarte/5ca1c465aca94de0ae502da49f5db6e2)

Expected Behavior

plan/apply/destroy should work

Actual Behavior

When trying plan/apply/destroy it fails with "TERRAFORM CRASH"

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Deploy Azure VM with managed data disk defined within VM resource (not separately)
  2. Detach and remove datadisk from the Azure console
  3. Run terraform plan/apply/destroy
