Add password_parameter to releavant resources (Database, RabbitMQ, OpenLDAP, AD)

Password Policies management was added in #927

It can be set on the following:

• Active Directory
• Azure
• OpenLDAP
• RabbitMQ
• All Databases

Currently, the only resource with the parameter configurable is the AD Secret Backend:

Feature request is to add it to all the relevant resources
