Audit device: Path should be optional and documentation is missing

I was looking to start work on the audit devices resource and then I found out that it already exists. However, it has no documentation and other than looking at the repo, there is no other way to find out it exists.

Furthermore, the path in the audit resource should be optional and not required, just as it is in Vault itself.
