azurerm support disk encryption

Hi, this is huge for us as well. The Managed Disks support encryption now also, which is huge so that we won't have to manually create storage accounts anymore. Thanks for working on this also!!!

Original issue comments and linked PR indicate that this is for OS level encryption and not SSE for Managed Disks. Can someone confirm work on SSE support for Managed Disks?

Managed disk encryption was added in #399, unmanaged disk still needs to be implemented and then added to the virtual machine resource.
