Description

Azure CDN endpoint rules support the "Wildcards" operator for Url path condition rule:

But terraform does not support that:

    action = "Overwrite"
    name   = "Cache-Control"
    value  = "no-cache"

}

This feature was also requested in this Issue before: #6890, but got closed and locked without any actions.

ValidateFunc: validation.StringInSlice([]string{

It looks like this validation function is missing the Wildcard as an option.
