AWS SDK v1.19.13, merged in #8381, added support for requester-managed Interface VPC Endpoints:

This release adds support for requester-managed Interface VPC Endpoints (powered by AWS PrivateLink). The feature prevents VPC endpoint owners from accidentally deleting or otherwise mismanaging the VPC endpoints of some AWS VPC endpoint services.

This looks like the addition of 2 Computed boolean attributes:

• manages_vpc_endpoint to the aws_vpc_endpoint_service data source and resource
• requester_managed to the aws_vpc_endpoint data source and resource

This has been merged as part of #8674 and will release with version 2.16.0 of the Terraform AWS Provider, likely tomorrow. 👍
