New AWS Region: ap-southeast-5

Today, I’m pleased to share the general availability of the AWS Asia Pacific (Malaysia) Region with three Availability Zones and API name ap-southeast-5.

Add support to the Terraform AWS Provider for this new AWS Region.

Until support for the new ap-southeast-5 AWS Region is added to the Terraform AWS Provider you should be able to use the skip_region_validation configuration setting to bypass this error.
