data source for aws_dx_connection

Description

In our environment the Direct Connect Connections are created outside of our terraform scripts. Everything dependend resources like virtual gateways etc. needs values of those connections.

At the moment we use variables to store the dxconn-id and vlan value. It would be really nice, if there is a data source we can implement in our script to receive the values directly.
