[WIP] Tech Debt: Fix broken imports discovered during import test refactor

As part of the work in #8944, we are discovering that some imports are not currently working properly. This issue serves as a place to collect them so they can be fixed at a later time and not forgotten.

• resource_aws_route53_record_test - zone_id
• resource_aws_lambda_function - "s3_bucket", "s3_key", "s3_object_version"
• resource_aws_kinesis_fireshose_delivery_stream - TestAccAWSKinesisFirehoseDeliveryStream_s3KinesisStreamSource
