UI: Make allocation reference own task group instead of job's task group when job versions don't match #7855

Fixes #7842

When an allocation is for an older version of a job, it can't get its task group information through the job relationship. The allocation endpoint already returns the correct job definition embedded, but the UI never used it for memory optimization reasons.

This change can be seen clearest in the allocation rows on the job detail page:

This looks good to me, a nice drop-in replacement for the existing interface that centralises the conditional task group determination 🥳
