Running the image with Raft needs to mount a folder with all priveleges

I've tried to run this image with Raft as a storage backend. I've set as data volume /etc/vault/data and mounted with -v /etc/vault/data:/etc/vault/data.

This raises an issue with permissions denied because the host permissions are different from the permissions that the image runs.

There is no way to pass as env variables uid and gid in the way that they would match the host user.
