Add new gRPC web proxies for mainnet nodes #1362

Problem

Currently SDK support 2 gRPC web proxies that correspond to node 0 and node 1. Additional gRPC web proxies will be deployed to provide high availability and high performance.

Solution

Update the SDK with the additional web proxies once they are set-up.
