There should be a loading effect prompting users that the token issuance is in progress.

Problem description

In the process of minting tokens, the UI doesn't show any prompt to let users know the minting is in the progress (see the attached screenshot), so users don't know if the minting starts or not and feel lost in this page.

Requirements

When the token issuance is in progress, there should be a loading effect prompting users to wait for token minting. It would be better to prompt users that it might take a bit longer to complete token issuance if the amount of tokens is large.

Definition of done

1. Proper loading effect
2. Proper text prompt

Acceptance criteria

1. Users will clearly know the minting is in progress.
2. Users will know they might need to wait longer for minting large amount of tokens.
