Problem description

Duplicate horizontal scrollbar displayed in create token screen on mobile browser of guardian

Step to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Login as SD and navigate to tokens
2. Create one or two tokens
3. Scroll all the way down
4.Horizontal scroll bar is displayed twice at the end of the screen

Expected behavior

Single horizontal scrollbar should be displayed in create token screen
