Specify docker-compose build definition file location as optional argument to build subcommand. At the moment, the default of build/docker-compose.build.yml is hard-coded.

docker-compose build file location is also referenced in push subcommand - might need argument there as well, or it might make more sense to have custom location be an optional env variable configuration setting
