The new BAGEL v2 not only adds cross-validation, but uses it by default instead of the bootstrapping method. I assume you compared the two approaches. Is that information available somewhere? Is there any measurable difference besides speed?

Hi, we're preparing a manuscript of the updated version of BAGEL.
Cross validation has been employed for reducing computational time but getting same result.
Mostly, two methods showed similar results regarding our test using DepMap CRISPR screens, but I agree bootstrapping is more robust.
