Implement Better Code Formatting

The code formatting right now uses default hard-coded parameters. It would be nice to implement a GUI with multiple options, like the C# and XML formatters. Also, consider converting Formatter from JSBeautify to a new home-bruin Jurassic AST formatter

When doing so, it would probably make sense to write a new formatter based on the Jurassic AST.
