Type ABZ Modules

The Type ABZ is a popular LoRaWAN modem developed and sold by Murata. The module combines STMicro's STM32 L0 microcontroller (ARM Cortex-M0+ core) with Semtech's SX1276 LoRa transceiver. The module is available in two hardware configurations:

1. Type ABZ-078 (CMWX1ZZABZ-078);
2. Type ABZ-093 (CMWX1ZZABZ-093).

Type ABZ-078 modules use an STM32L082 microcontroller with a hardware AES accelerator. Type ABZ-093 modules use an STM32L072 microcontroller.
